A non-refundable fee of $250 is required to reserve the facility. This fee is fully applied to rental cost when the facility is actually rented.

Parking on main floor	Not Available
Restroom Attendant - for events over 300	$20 per hour per attendant
Security Personnel: 3 required for public safety, required at 1:100 for crowd control.	$15.00 per hour per guard

Security required on front door at all times, including during set-up and tear-down.

Site inspections are by appointment only.
